Front lobby staff the ones answering the telephones. I called and was hug up on by each multiple times. I was asking for a refill and to let them know that I had found who was looking for me without their help and was hung up on. I called again they started me Jackie we’ve left a message they’ll call you. And went to hang up. I said hold on I got new information. They say well what. I said it was the surgeon trying to set up an appointment. I told them I would need a refill the cut me off and said they’d put it on the list. question is how they going do that? They didn’t even wait for what I needed refilled. I’d suggest at least being retrained I’m retired and would do it for free so can they see that sick worried people are scared and they need some compassion and concern in they It voice and I’d not had to call 21 times and they were still nasty, mean, and disrespectful. I pay you that means you work for me. What you bet I don’t get a call, a refill, or help. So I’ll hurt, worry, and be scared all day most likely the week. Please help me get help and see or talk to the doctor. Don’t send this to those kids answering the phones as it only call cause problems.

Let’s talk about how they almost killed me. It was like last February? I went in complaining of what I thought could have been a torn muscle, no biggy. It was a Saturday so I had one of the “fill in” doctors some lady from Paragould I believe. Anyway she sets me up for a sonogram because they needed a better look. Sono took about a month to get me in, not really a big deal I thought. Had the sono and looking back I should have known then something was wrong by the techs face but I didn’t. I’m told to wait for a call, I wait two weeks no call with results. I call them and I’m told I’ll get a call back. A few days passed and I got the call back and was told they found something but needed to get a more accurate look and i was told to wait for a call to schedule a CT scan. I waited a few days and got that call and they got me seen in about a week. I got the scan and was told results take about 48 hours to come back and to expect a call in a day or two. I called on day three, was told my file had been updated and someone would call me to go over the results. A few more days passed I called same thing. Four weeks passed and at this point I I’ve practically forgotten about the scan but I’m sitting in Little Rock waiting for my mom to get out of an appointment and I call again. Same damn thing. Accept this time I actually get a call back, and only a few minutes later no less, this lady tells me I need to come in so we can go over it and I can hear the panic in her voice. I tell her I don’t have time for this just tell me what’s up. She proceeds to tell me I have a big tumor in my lungs my spleen and liver is covered in tumors and that I had cancer and it’s late stage without hesitation this woman says I should start making arrangements and they’ll refer me to an oncologist for treatment. 2 and a half months delay in cancer treatment can be fatal, the absolute negligence of care I received was criminal if I had the slightest idea how to sue I would. 6 chemo treatments later and I had a complete response. My oncologist has said he’s surprised I was breathing when he saw my scans. I’m currently undergoing radiation to help assure it won’t come back. These people could have killed me, it’s likley if I wasn’t as young as I am they would have. Look at this photo and explain to me why it took so long for me to get a call I blurred out any identifying numbers in fear of retaliation.

Best in the area!! I recommend Nicole and Allison, these 2 ladies care about their patients and their well being! Compassionate and understanding! Great nurse staff too!!

Dr. Eaton is well worth the extra few minutes you wait in the lobby. Clean rooms, nice employees. Overall a great experience. New to town and he couldn't have been more accommodating.

Haven't been feeling well, went in today ( I'm from out of state) I have a sore throat ND runny nose. The lady behind the desk said they could take me but I have to get a cov8d test first. I wait an hour in my car for test and results ( came back negative). They they refused to see me b/c I haven't had symptoms for at least a week. The DR himself was very disrespectful, said there was no way they didn't tell me that. Refused to believe me and refused to see me.

I literally came directly there after being instructor by my GI specialist about the follow on pain from my operation. Not only was Dr. Purnell rude and dismissive, but completely a liar. She called the police on me because I asked for my medical records. I would not recommend this place to a dying bird. Amen!
