Front lobby staff the ones answering the telephones. I called and was hug up on by each multiple times. I was asking for a refill and to let them know that I had found who was looking for me without their help and was hung up on. I called again they started me Jackie we’ve left a message they’ll call you. And went to hang up. I said hold on I got new information. They say well what. I said it was the surgeon trying to set up an appointment. I told them I would need a refill the cut me off and said they’d put it on the list. question is how they going do that? They didn’t even wait for what I needed refilled. I’d suggest at least being retrained I’m retired and would do it for free so can they see that sick worried people are scared and they need some compassion and concern in they It voice and I’d not had to call 21 times and they were still nasty, mean, and disrespectful. I pay you that means you work for me. What you bet I don’t get a call, a refill, or help. So I’ll hurt, worry, and be scared all day most likely the week. Please help me get help and see or talk to the doctor. Don’t send this to those kids answering the phones as it only call cause problems. Thanks

Best in the area!! I recommend Nicole and Allison, these 2 ladies care about their patients and their well being! Compassionate and understanding! Great nurse staff too!!

Dr. Eaton is well worth the extra few minutes you wait in the lobby. Clean rooms, nice employees. Overall a great experience. New to town and he couldn't have been more accommodating.

Haven't been feeling well, went in today ( I'm from out of state) I have a sore throat ND runny nose. The lady behind the desk said they could take me but I have to get a cov8d test first. I wait an hour in my car for test and results ( came back negative). They they refused to see me b/c I haven't had symptoms for at least a week. The DR himself was very disrespectful, said there was no way they didn't tell me that. Refused to believe me and refused to see me.

Nicole Adams APRN is wonderful, did so well with my son at a recent visit. Also can’t say enough about Kayce (secretary). She is ALWAYS so willing to help.

The doctors and secretary were very polite and I didn't have to wait forever in the waiting room.

I literally came directly there after being instructor by my GI specialist about the follow on pain from my operation. Not only was Dr. Purnell rude and dismissive, but completely a liar. She called the police on me because I asked for my medical records. I would not recommend this place to a dying bird. Amen!
