Aroma Medical Supply

Aroma medical supply is where my husband and I go for all our medical supply needs. The owner lady is very friendly, hard working and informative. The staff is quite knowledgeable about their products and we love them because our aging parents (who only speak Korean) feel comfortable coming to this store. The staff here try to ensure the least amount of financial burden on the customer when getting their medical supplies by always checking to see when/ which products Medicare or their insurance will cover. Also they offer free delivery for certain items (heavy items like hospital beds, boxes of diapers, etc.) and within specific city limits. Otherwise I think you can pay for items to be delivered if it doesn’t meet their criteria. In this day and age with high gas prices, this is a really convenient service. We may live far from Artesia, but we always make the drive to Aroma because both set of parents love the hospitality, quality of the products and just all around service we get from this small business owner.

People in this store are rude, unprofessional, and downright horrible. We ordered a shower chair for an elderly who has hard time hearing and walking never mind driving. The person on the phone told her that she needed to pick up the chair herself because they don't have any delivery to other person livng in her area and they certainly do not deliver so far. The elderly lives in long beach and it would have taken 20 min delivery. When we tried to contact them, the call keeps on going to voice mail at 10:20 a.m. Tried to call 4 times and still voice mail. Not getting anything from here ever again.
