Alex and George are honestly the best!!
We came in with aroma 360 that hasn’t been working for a while. Alex was so kind to look into it and try to see all possible ways to fix it, he recommended amazing tips. George cleaned it for a bit and it started working better than before. They both went above and beyond to make sure we don’t leave till we are happy. I highly recommend this location and asking for Alex or George. Alex works at the Malibu location mostly so if you’re at that area definitely ask for him. Thank you so much for making our day

I’ve purchased two colognes from the Malibu store. The gent in the store was lovely but sadly when I got back to my hotel room, I discovered I’d been short changed. I purchased a 50ml and a 100ml bottle of cologne for myself and my son, but the shop assistant only put 2 50ml bottles in the bag, and no receipt. When I contacted customer services, a woman called Aliya couldn’t be any less helpful if she tried. I’m on holiday, I’ve been shortchanged, but apparently I need to contact the store directly by phone, even though I’m a tourist with limited access to a US phone, and cannot exactly go back to the store 30 miles away from my hotel. A lesson in customer service is really needed. Admitting when you got it wrong, which I accept sometimes happens, is very much needed for Aliya. These should be different sizes.

The BH location services is awesome. Jorge & the entire staff are knowledgeable in the products while taking as much time needed to satisfy their customers. The parking is a challenge however when you walk into Aroma360 your parking stress is removed. So nice to have aroma360 around to explore the products clise & personal. Keep the emails going for the sale items.

DO NOT buy from this company. I paid $400 for the hotel scents and the Mini Pro. 24hrs after placing my order I then had a sales rep call me and basically say in so many words that the MiniPro is not that great and tried to upsell me. I cancelled my whole order on the phone with her that day because the call just felt dishonest. They still shipped the order telling me it was too late to cancel and that the order had shipped. When I got the package I figured I would open it to check it out. I popped open 2 of the 5 hotel scents to see what they smelled like. They were not good at all. I contacted customer because I wanted to return everything and they told me I could not return anything if it was opened and that they would be "inspecting the order" once it was returned. I still have the email. I was totally shocked. To top it off, the hotel scents didn't even work with the Mini Pro I ordered. Didn't see that mentioned on the website nor did the sales rep notify me of this when she called me to upsell product. These folks are total crooks. I have never ordered something that I didn't use and couldn't return. I'm totally out $400. Writing this review so it doesn't happen to other people.

You will only get good service when you are trying to purchase. I have had a subscription for 7 months and almost every time the package arrived it was wet from the scent leaking. Good luck cancelling when you’ve had enough. I have texted, emailed, tried on their website, I even scheduled a consultation just so I could talk to someone and I was transferred and conveniently hung up on. Now I submitted a ticket on the website… let’s see if they will finally honor my request to cancel.

Bottom line - I do NOT recommend. Not worth the money and not worth the headache when you want to cancel.

Purchased the air diffuser roughly around November December for the first few days it worked perfect but then it started making a loud noise contacted aroma 360 with no response. The fragrance smells great. I also received my subscription oils. I also purchased the car diffusers, which also did not work as described , The car diffuser does not release the fragrance as described in the descriptions. As much as they cost, the fragrances, smell great but it’s sad that no one will reach back out when there is an issue. Unfortunately. That I purchased they no longer make now everything is wireless, I would have liked a replacement and would have sent the items back, but due to no one contacting me back I decided to let everyone know About wasting money with the Aroma 360.
