I recently discovered this product on social media and decided to purchase the smaller version for my apartment, as well as the car diffuser. I am absolutely thrilled with it!

I visited the physical store in Phoenix, Arizona, and Alia was incredibly helpful. She guided me through setting up a subscription plan, which is honestly the most cost-effective option, especially if you prefer more than one scent.

Felipe was amazing!! I walked in and told him what machine I had. He helped me test out some new oils but I stuck to "my way". He even through in a few samples of the perfume. Super phenomenal guy to work with!! I'm never buying my oils online again!!

We recently worked with Julia at the Biltmore shop. She was courteous, helpful and when she didn't know the answer to one of our questions, she was honest and called management to give us correct information. The Aroma 360 product is well designed and has been what we had hoped, a pleasant scent in our home without being overpowering.

Update : 3/9/25 Thank you for responding. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly reached out to both Universal Account Services and Concierge Aroma 360 outlining the difficulties requesting a response to no avail. Please feel free to contact me directly to get this matter remedied. Thank you!

I would start with the store itself I found employees to be courteous and helpful my problem has started approximately 5 months after purchasing the system… I have contacted the Concierge team and the subsidiary Universal Accounting Services trying to get assistance as we are no longer able to have the system in our home due to medical reasons per our medical provider. The salesperson who originally assisted us, assured us if we ever had any difficulties it would not be a problem to cancel the service and she would assist however, she is no longer with the company and we cannot get anyone from either company to contact us. So this has me more than frustrated and disenchanted with the services and the way they have set up dealing with customers in good standing.please contact me to resolve Aroma 360. Thank you!
