The scent is too strong and does not last long; I suggest using SAGE instead. They offer an irrevocable subscription; once you sign up, you're bound to pay for three years. After a few months of using it, we react to the scent. We develop severe asthma and cannot cancel the subscription, even if you offer to pay for the machine. So, you have to pay for the luxury scent that you're using. By the way, the machine did not work after a month.
Customer service and technical support are the worst.

To be fair to AROMA360, before buying and committing to it, go home first and research whether the product is worth it. If you think it's worth it, good for you. If you made a wrong decision, you have a medical issue. Good luck. They will not work with you; they are not so understanding and forgiving. If I could rate this product based only on my experience, I would rate it NEGATIVE 10.
IF AROMA360 BELIEVES IN THEIR PRODUCT, they should consider subscriber feedback and learn from their customer to improve their product, which they are not. After using the product for 2 months, trying different scents, and adjusting the machine's settings. It still did not work on your part; it's still strong for you. Resulting in you being on steroids because of the worst asthma attack. You no longer use this product, and guess what? You are FORCED to pay 109, as determined by your subscription plan. I'm feeling like I was SCAMMED.

Again, every customer has a different experience. It might be a good fit for you. Before you buy and subscribe, sleep on it. Do some research. Think and think.
- The reason for Cancellation for the first place it’s the scent was to strong and it trigger asthma. I even went to the store and the sale ref. Adjust the machine setting and change the scent. Still having issue about it. Your right I did not report about the issue but I believed I did complain about the health issue , My bet “ I believed customer service telephone line are recorded” . The only wrong I did is that I don’t want to give up on the product because I love my home to smell great ,clean and believe on the representative sweet word from the sales ref. Thank you for letting me know that I need to report. Don’t worry I will do that thanks for the advise.

Finally a retail store! I’ve had my Aroma360 diffusers for a while and I was so excited to stumble upon their brick and mortar location. They had every single scent available to sample which was a game-changer. Shopping online is convenient but nothing beats experiencing the scents in person.
