Wonderful customer service. So you think you might not need a Scent Advisor? WRONG! Yes you do, just accept the help. But I know what I like right? WRONG! You only know what you know. Taylor at AromaTech Canada was a dream to work with. And guess what, they will let you purchase the small size and test it first. So here we are with little cotton balls with a few drops in different rooms. Quickly we separated our favourites from our not so favourites. The best customer service when it comes to getting prepaid postal return shipping. (or keep them) We went big - we have a whole home unit attached to the HVAC system. It automatically dispenses the right amount of scent through out the home. Thanks Taylor for your patience and top notch communication. More companies could take note of your amazing service.

I had the same experience as multiple users. The aromatech mini BT made an annoying buzzing sound whenever used as soon as I got it and then 2.5years later it completely stopped working. I get its outside the warranty but what’s the point of buying a 300$ diffuser, do they expect us to buy a new one every few years? This should last a lifetime ! Disappointing as the scents are lovely

I got two Aro Mini’s. They work great for several months. Strong smell, quiet. And then they just stop emitting any smell. One had an annoying buzzing sound. I kept up with maintenance and cleaned it regularly. Frustrating bc they are expensive. Love the oils but not buying any diffusers from them again. 2 for 2 lasting less than one year.

have purchased 2 aromatech diffusers from you and they both no longer work . I originally bought the diffuser. When it works it works nicely. The smell is wonderful and it’s quiet . However, a few months in it’s stopped working. It makes a buzzing/ humming( which is nerve wracking ) sound and the spray no longer comes out. We have made calls to your company which have not been very helpful. Because I was desperate and thought it was just a glitch, I went ahead and purchased another unit. Now the second diffuser also no longer works and makes a humming sound.

Do NOT purchase from this company. These diffusers won’t last and there is no support from the company. I have two of them and both make a horrible buzzing sound. They’re only two years old and when I called customer service I was told the motor is out and there is nothing that can be done. Their solution is to offer 30% off new diffusers.

Poor quality. I paid $200 for my diffuser and it lasted less than a year. In that year, I only used it a hand full of times. It was purchased in May. I got around to disputing it in July and was told it was too late. They offered me a coupon to purchase another one of their faulty diffusers, no thanks.

This company has the worst customer service. I placed an order, they have said it’s been fulfilled and when I go to track it, it hasn’t moved for 5 days. I’ve sent 3 emails and phone calls and no one can give me an update on anything. I’ve even asked for a refund with no response. Do not order from this webpage. U will lose out on money.

Not make sense at all !! I spent more than 1k$!!!! And horrible experienceand customer service and l had to put away!!!!!! Me and my partner emailed many times. We tried to all way to find the right answer and you know whatThey listened perfectly us, in the beginning UNTIL THE SALE. Now no ONE HELPING!!!!! Here is honest advice DONT BUY!!!
