If I could give this dispensary zero stars I would. I will never come back. Justin needs to learn how to talk to women instead of talking over females every single time they come in. He acts like bffs with my boyfriend but when I come in, he talks over me and when I tell him the product I want he goes and explains every single product to me like I don’t know what I’m asking for. He is discriminatory towards women and I believe he need to be talked to by upper management about his attitude and tone

Be sure to order online so they can completely screw up your order. Like. Every. Single. Time. Oh! Then I was accused of doing something illegal when it was THEIR mistake. Went to the Monument location instead and used the online ordering system. No problem. Nice budtender, too. SO... It's NOT the computer system, no matter what the liar behind the counter says. Won't be spending anymore of my dollars in Buena Vista.

I bought an 8th that was supposed to be $15 on sale. She charged me full price of $25. Then she charged me $25 for 5 pre rolls that were supposed to be $20. I guess this place loves to screw people over. I'll never go back here. Go to forage dispensary around the corner. They are much better and more selection.

I’m local and have shopped here once a month for the last three+ years. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I see lots of 1 stars from people who shopped here once and some of the things they are saying just could not be true. I shop med and they have insanely low prices on their OZs. I do agree with other reviewers that their edible game is weak. Get Wana please! Their flower supply dwindled for one month out of the 36+ months that I have been shopping here. Reviews from tourists who visit once, go online and bash this place can be disregarded. Go in, be nice and get some good green bud.

I went to ascend for my very first trip to a dispensary! I had a SLIGHTLY (still scannable) damaged ID and the lady in the front was very rude about it, telling me I would have to leave the store and that my mom and girlfriend could shop while I waited outside (they don’t know what they’re looking for). I went to Forage instead after, and had a lovely experience there.

Hello! Long time customer here! I’d like to give some feedback about the current changes to the Rec menu. I spend about 10k a year in your store and I’m very very disappointed that you took the shake off of the menu completely. When it comes to your shake….it isn’t about the bud, it’s about the effectiveness of the product and how wonderfully it works for anxiety and pain. If your customers enjoy a product, it is a terrible business decision in my opinion to take that away. Now I’m forced to shop around to find another dispensary that can provide me with a similar product.This store has lost 100% of it’s credibility with the locals.
