I was actually really surprised at how good this location was. Normally large chain businesses lose touch with their customers, and the quality is lacking, but not here. I’m 9mo Pregnant and had two teeth that needed an emergency extraction. I made an appointment online and was able to be seen the next morning first thing. Even in my condition they reached out to my Doctor for permission to treat me and got my x-rays and got the teeth out fairly quickly. They even sent me home with some of the extra strong numbing gel since i can’t have prescription pain relief at this stage of my pregnancy. Which was really thoughtful and it came in handy that very night. The Dentist was a sweet woman who chit chatted with me about our families, etc. Really sweet and when the anesthetic she was using wasn’t working, the option to use the stronger one was made available after she informed me of the risks of going into labor since it contained Epinephrine. After discussing and deciding that since my baby was due in less than 4 days and i’ve had a strong healthy pregnancy, I made the decision to have her use the better anesthetic, which was able to truly relieve the nerve verses the other one which wasn’t quite doing the job. Making for a painless extraction. And i didn’t go into labor, which i wouldn’t have been opposed to if i'm completely honest lol. But anyways, this office location is very good, the staff are friendly. And the cost was actually a lot lower than I thought it would be.

I arrived at 8:07AM for an 8:00AM due to storms and heavy rain. The lady at the desk advised that I would have to be rescheduled due to being 7 minutes late. Their employee at that desk was not nice or friendly. She said they do not have a grace period. So, be aware if you are even one minute late you will not have your appointment. Even after I explained that I was in a lot of paiin I was still turned away. They should work on professionalism and letting people know about this “no grace period” policy when they confirm appointments. I will not be using their services. I hope this helps anyone looking for a dentist.

Oh, I forgot to mention there were still two 8:00AM appointments, in the waiting room, waiting to be called back. You guys should do better.

I'm so very impressed with Aspen in Cullman Al. Everyone is so very nice and friendly. My dentist listened to me about my concerns for my age and that I needed to know what he thought was my best option. He went out of his way. I can't wait to see the end results!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The receptionist, the office manager, both dental associates and Dr. Harvey were wonderful. There was one person that could cause bad reviews from other people. Overall I would give this office a thumbs up. Thank you for taking care of me today.

Amazing, professional, and kind. Every point of contact was easy and informative. They are wonderful at calming any fears and adapt to any situation. I've never been fond of dentists but this dentist and his staff are awesome. I encourage everyone to go to Aspen dental in Cullman, AL. I know I will encourage my whole family to go there!

Fast and painless. Very kind employees. Two appointments so far and best people work there. They know what they are doing. I am always afraid of the dentist, but I felt no pain, except little with the numbing. And there are fast. Again great , kind employees 6 stars

Have fun making an appointment just to sit for 3 hours! It’ll be a great wait! On top of that, you did the wisdom teeth surgery and didn’t provide or write a prescription for antibiotics and now my wife has an infection going on 6 days after the surgery. I’m awake at 5AM bc she’s crying in pain even after going to the ER. I don’t recommend this place at all now.
