Not happy with the front desk clerk. Very attitudy. She talks as if you're checking into a prison facility and was rude. Besides that, I updated my phone number when I made my appointment.
I never recieved a phone call just assumed my appointment was good for today and turns out it's canceled. The guy in front of me seemed to go through the same thing as me. I don't think it would have been so bad if the lady talked to me better. This review doesn't reflect to any services as I not received any yet. Just terrible customer service and my appt. being canceled. Thanks

Kris Jenner works hard but Aspen Dental works harder. I was in and out for my check up, called that day for an appointment and they got me in that day! I was scared they were going to be those dentist that want to find anything and everything to be wrong but that wasn’t the case! Once I got to the check out window they already had how much it would cost me after insurance which I thought was awesome! They didn’t do the whole “sign this” and screw me into a plan I didn’t intend for like other dental practices. Great experience definitely recommend!

First time appointment at Aspen Dental in Enterprise Al. I was pleased to get the appointment 1 day after I called. Staff was very friendly & professional. Care was very thorough & I got a great cleaning! My teeth feel wonderful & I will definitely recommend them! Have scheduled appointments to go back!! Great experience for dental care!! MKT

I went for a consultation about getting dentures. I given a full comprehensive visit which allowed me to look down the road a little bit. Every person I encountered was cheerful and seemed to be happy to be there. I was given panoramic x-rays and several other x-rays and as their commercials say my first visit including x-rays was free. Zero dollars. They gave me a couple different options and treatment plans and I absolutely will be going back to have the work done there.

I was very happy with my visit. They saw me very quickly. Got some fillings and it was completely pain free and very fast. Highly recommend this to be your dentist. Great place and great folks!

It’s been reported to me that this dental office has continued to leave a patient in unbearable pain for up to seven days! She was not having these issues until she was seen here up to two months ago. They told her she had all these cavities. Her mouth is in excruciating pain after working on her cavities. Put things on her records that they never told her. She was degraded and humiliated at their office, publicly and maliciously after being accused that what was happening was on her and offered her no genuine relief! She’s still suffering! I don’t know if she’s being handled so disrespectfully and mocking her suffering cause of her race? We will be looking into this matter more discreetly and in depth. But the harm and suffering this office has caused her and her family -watching the patient suffering, trying to find relief up to 168 hours-should cause this place to lose customers that feel the same. Aspen cause their patient much harm and debilitating pain without remorse or compassion. This oath has been violated.
