There are not enough stars for Tricia! She is hands down the best, and most caring, massage therapist I have ever seen. When I first met with Tricia, she took the time to get to know me, and my body, so she could best help me. I explained to her where I had pains but I didn't know a whole lot about muscles. Tricia was so thorough and took the time to explain what she was doing and answer questions along the way. I have learned so much about my body and how to take proper care of it since working with her - and the best part is I have never felt better! I enjoy my massages so much that I even made sure to book my mom a session when she was visiting LA and she absolutely loved it. While we did a lot of fun stuff while she was visiting, seeing Tricia was her favorite part. I see Tricia once a month and look forward to every session!

Not only is she a great massage therapist, but she is also one of the kindest, most caring people you will ever meet. I highly recommended booking with Tricia!

I am so grateful that I found Tricia! I was in a lot of pain in my low back, hips and whole body when I started working with Tricia and Tricia helped me immensely! She takes the time to really understand what your issues are and what you need and meets you were you are. She is very, very knowledgeable about the body and works to get to the root of your issues. She is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot!). She also makes sure to keep notes about your progress and checks in after your session to see how you are doing. Her space is quite beautiful & very clean. I've continued to see Tricia at Spa Heal for now over 7 years! She truly is outstanding in her craft and i highly recommend her to anyone that wants a great massage. One of the things I've learned living in the LA area is that not all massage therapists are the same. Many times others will make you feel like a number and rushed. Tricia not only is very well trained in MT, but she takes her time with you, understands from a clinical perspective which muscles need attention and make you feel like your her only client. The other great aspect of Tricia is that she remembers how you like to be massaged so you don't have to repeat yourself each time. She is truly a professional and I'm grateful she is located locally in the Marina del Rey area

Wow,can I just say Tricia's massage yesterday was unbelievably good. Beautiful atmosphere very relaxing and calm. I left her place completely in bliss. I have been getting massage for decades and regularly visit the spa's in 5 star hotels for massage. I have been searching for a true healer and I have definitely found her in Tricia. She is extremely intuitive, as everyone else has said here, she asked me about areas that she felt needed more attention because they felt unusually tight and they were specific area's that I have had issues with for sometime, no other therapist has picked up on this. I workout regularly and need my muscles worked on in a way that takes a professional that has an understanding of anatomy. She gives a very soothing but strong massage, which I always request deeper tissue. I highly recommend her massage , if you are accustom to the best in life than this would be the place to go. I also slept like a baby and woke up completely refreshed. Really looking forward to my next massage here!

Tricia is the best masseuse I ever had! I have been going to Tricia for many years including for my past two pregnancies. She specializes in regular as well as pregnancy massages. I had bad back pains during my pregnancy and would often look forward to the sessions since my back feel so much better afterward. Tricia also is kind and caring and really understands how the body muscle works and always have the right techniques and pressure during her massages. She is definitely a rare find!!
