Austin Advanced Aesthetics is beautiful. I recently had my first botox appointment with Angie. I’ll start by saying I love it, she did an amazing job. She took the time to walk me
through all my options, what to expect, and she not only answered all my questions, but welcomed and encouraged them. She was super knowledgeable, experienced, and you can tell she’s passionate and loves what she does. I’ll definitely be back, thank y’all for the great experience!🫶✨

I had a terrific experience here with Ashton. She was exceptionally thorough in educating me on the process, what to expect, and every step she took throughout our appointment. So much of the time, patient education can be greatly lacking, but that is not the case here. I am already looking forward to my next appointment based on the wonderful experience I had and the results!

I started visiting this clinic in September 2024 and spent over $3,000 on their medicines and treatments. Initially, I was prescribed injections that helped me lose a few pounds, but they made me feel extremely sick — so bad that I could barely sit. When I informed the clinic, they simply told me to stop taking the medicine, with no refund or follow-up care, even though I had already paid.

I also referred a friend who tried the same treatment but saw no results at all. Worse, after stopping the injections, I regained the weight much faster than I had lost it. When I reached out again, they only told me to eat protein and exercise — there was no real concern or support.

The front desk staff is another major issue — they never respond when you have an emergency, need help, or want to reschedule an appointment. It’s almost impossible to get a reply from them.

Later, I tried their facial treatment for acne and pigmentation, paying $300+ per session, and my skin condition became worse than before.

This is my genuine experience. I do not recommend this clinic if you care about your health, results, or customer support. Please think twice before trusting them.

Ashton is extremely awesome and very professional. Today I met with Angie Miller for my first ever Botox experience. I’ve been super nervous and hesitant to do any type of procedures like Botox, but Angie was super sweet and didn’t try to throw a bunch of treatments my way. She understood I wanted to start slow and did the very minimum for me, which eased my hesitation about it all.
