My dtr had an apt at 3:15 at the Arvada location today. Due to a flood it was rescheduled to Westminster … ok fine. Due to her school schedule I alerted them twice that we would be 15 minutes late.
I was told this was ok. We made the 30 min drive up and I dropped my dtr off right when I said I would. We were told they could no longer accommodate her. I would understand this if we hadn’t alerted them initially about the time. It seems to me with multiple appts being moved up there, they just didn’t want go deal. I won’t go back and thankfully there are plenty of other salons….

Annalise is AMAZING. By far the best experience I've ever had at a salon. She is super sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and completely transformed my hair. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Definitely reccomend!

Never got the chance to actually use their services. I made an appointment for a Thur morning. First, I am a male. I show up 7 mins prior and am told they can't find my appointment. Eventually realize they made it for the following day on accident. They state that they have another person who can honor the appointment in 20 minutes and I accept. I leave and return 5 minutes prior to my new appt. They state they can no longer honor it. I tell them that they have lost a customer, and they say, " have a nice day".
