I've been ordering from Ayla for years and have explored so many great products I would not have found if it weren't for Ayla. I'm in my 40's and I feel it's important to watch not only what I put IN my body, but also ON my body. I put my trust in the folks at Ayla, that they'll find healthy skincare alternatives. The customer service is exceptional because they actually care to match you up correctly with the best quality products on the market, ensuring a great experience. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough about this fantastic online site. It's edited and skillfully chosen by the founder who has an impressive background in skincare. I trust the items she carries implicity after years of trying a number of the lines she has. I have sensitive skin and not a lot of time to research and try tons of products so I rely on Ayla to help me narrow down the field and choose well and quickly. Recommend highly.

Good selection of products but strange experience. Couldn’t get assistance with discount code. Their site didn’t work correctly and while they do email back quickly they are not offering any help with actually getting you to a successful finish. Next up, they charged me double for shipping and when I inquired they said they would look into it and I never received response back. Final straw was product arrived with jar open and damage to contents. Understand shipping can knock things around a bit but when the product arrives physically open I expect them to step up. Send a return label and get a fresh, sealed item in the mail. They do respond but they don’t offer a solution. I asked them if they thought it was safe to use and they said yes but when I asked them if the other jars on their warehouse shelf were open they said no. So if you send a product that was physically opened before shipping don’t make me do the work to make it right. Fix it right away so I feel safe to purchase here again. So I have an opened jar of $110 face lotion, no first time purchase discount code and charged twice for shipping. I’m sure they are nice people but I don’t want to have to work this hard to have a safe and secure buying experience.

Ayla has the most meticulously curated selection of nontoxic skincare and cosmetics you will find anywhere. The staff is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I have extremely sensitive skin and they were able to help me find solutions that do not make me react. It is my only go to for any skincare or cosmetic need. They are the best!!
