She was 10 minutes late showing up to her studio for my first appointment. My brow tint was acceptable (hence not giving a 1 star review). However, she NEVER showed for my 2nd appointment. I texted and called and waited 20 minutes. So unprofessional! What a waste of my time and inconvenience with having to quickly find another provider. Will not be back.

Very disappointed with final result of my lash lift & tint. My lashes look no different than before my appointment. She also sold me an after care lash moisturizer for $40. I looked up the product on-line after returning home and the exact product is priced at $12.99. What a ripoff! Will not return.

My wedding is in a month and I got a Groupon to try dermaplaning to prep for my big day. Like other people had mentioned she rescheduled my appointment twice before I was actually seen. During the appointment she did try and sell me several products/services which was uncomfortable.
My main issues were noticed after the appointment. An hour after that appointment I noticed a couple of cuts on my cheek from the facial (glad it’s not actually the week of my wedding!). There were also noticeable patches that she missed. Later on in the day, I found that many of the hairs at the start of my hairline were shaved off too and now I’ll have a bunch of tiny hairs popping up at once as they grow back.
Overall, I feel she was very unprofessional and is unqualified to do dermaplaning. She shared with me that she got grandfathered in on some of the requirements to do the level of facials that she performs and I would say it shows. I would not recommend to others.

Please for the love of god trust these reviews. I’ve genuinely never had a “professional” be so unprofessional. You can schedule a month in advance and she will cancel on you day off 2 hours before your appointment. Choose anywhere but here she doesn’t deserve your money.

Prepare for multiple reschedules, same-day cancellations, and to have vour time completelv disregarded. It seems to be a pattern of hers going on for at least 2 years now. The Google reviews don't lie.

Bought a lash lift on Groupon. I booked my appt about 1.5 months in advance-it was cancelled the morning of the appointment. When asked about her next availability, it was rescheduled for next week after waiting for hours for her to confirm and reply over text once she had cancelled on me. The new appointment, at a time she suggested, was again rescheduled that same day only a few hours before the appointment.

Will text you unsolicited and upsell you repeatedly at the appointment itself. The outcome was very average, nothing special. Go elsewhere where you’ll get better results and someone who is professional enough to respect your time. Wish I had done more research before booking. Do not recommend.

Made an appointment over a week ago to get a lash lift for a wedding I was going to attend. I got several email and text confirmations and reminders about this appointment. Then, day of. Less than 3hrs before my appointment, I get a text saying she has to cancel my appointment and I should go online to rebook. My flight out is tomorrow morning. I cant get an appointment with anyone else. I would not do business with someone who does not respect their clients time, even though she says she does on her website.

Don’t ever go to this place unless you want to pay to damage your skin. I bought a micro needling and chemical peel treatment package on Groupon for my acne scars to improve the pigmentation on my face. After she treated me I ended up getting another heavy scars on my foreheads. I couldn’t be able to touch or wash my faces for 2 days after the treatment because my face was literally burning. Then I knew something was wrong with the treatment and went to another place to consult my issue with Doctors. Then they told me that she treated me wrong that’s why she messed up my face. She did two aggressive treatments at the same time and also the needle depth she used for the micro needling is too much for my skin type. Then she put chemicals on my face after the micro needling, and then I ended up having a scars on my faces. Also she charged me extra on what I paid on Groupon because she said Groupon package doesn’t include numbing and high frequency light. She saw my face on last treatment that it’s not going well and trying to make it my mistake asking me if I peeled it or just my skin reacts to it. Then after I consult with another doctor I told her that was her mistake, and asked her if she has a PA who she works for because I need doctors recommendation for what I have to next to correct everything. She refused to tell me her PA, and she didn’t gave me no refund. So I am still struggling to get my face back spending much more money than I expected. So please make sure you do your research before you go to this kind of places, and don’t make same mistakes I made. I highly recommend you to go to aestheticians who has a PA on site. Because if something goes wrong like this instead of figuring out themselves or trying to cover up their fault, they will call the doctor and discuss the issue and correct their mistakes.

This was my first visit at B.E. Esthetics and I will definitely be back! I was on a time crunch and she was able to fit me in her busy schedule. I did a chemical peel and demaplaning for my session and I am very satisfied with the results. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. You can tell she loves what she does. I can’t wait for my next session! Thank you!
