Went in for my first dermaplane treatment and honestly I was a little nervous, but Kara made the whole process seamlessly positive and relaxing. She was empathetic, reassuring, and totally non-judgmental when I told her about my less-than-awesome skincare habits!

Kara offered some great skincare knowledge and tips, helping me learn more about how to care for my skin. I felt so pampered and encouraged by the end of my session! Kara is amazing. I have spent thousands of dollars and seen countless dermatologists and esthetician to no avail. Her approach to curing acne is the only thing that has helped me. It is a wholistic approach that is very manageable. It has also helped me greatly in managing my hormones. Kara will also not upsell you with any products or services. She will only recommend what you need. This is the first time in years that my face actually feels clean and smooth. My only regret is not seeing her sooner.

Just be very careful.They charge me $110 for canceling my appointment 24 before.

I was her client since may, I opted to get full service and bought all the treatment. I traveled every time from los Angeles to Bakersfield just for my appointments (I'm a student in Los Angeles)

Unfortunately today I had an emergency with my car it is almost impossible drive more than to 2 hours just for my appointment tomorrow.
I was scheduled for Tomorrow at 4 Pm) I texted her today at 4 pm (24hours before) to ask for help to cancel my appointment ( after being unable to do it by myself at the website ) I was told that I have to pay late penalty which for my surprise is 100% of the service.
I feel very disappointed.

I highly recommend Bakersfield Acne Care. Nondy Llewellyn's professionalism is evident from the first phone call, to the completion of treatment. She takes the time to discuss concerns, address each and every issue or question, and provides excellent service. I have had many treatments from various aestheticians throughout the years, and she is by far, the best. I trust her with my skin and have received many compliments from people thinking I am 10 years younger than I actually am!
