I love how warm and homey this place feels. They really utilized their space: the natural light, the layout, and natural colors really balanced the space, I felt comfortable taking my time and lingering in different areas.

I'm also a huge fan of teas, so the variety of blends they offer is by far my favorite thing about this place! They also had a blend you could taste test while you walked around and it was delicious. I will be back for it for sure!

They are also connected to a cafe, The Corner Beet. I was sad they were closing when I arrived, so I'll be back for them too!

Parking: Free off-street parking, but it can be a little difficult to find a spot.

i’m an instructor at rooted heart yoga, and i swear by the bath salts at balanced root apothecary! i also am obsessed with the solar shimmer oil, and i have gone through two of them already because every time i invite a friend to try it, they end up being jealous it doesn’t belong to them!! 🙂 such an amazing store and space to find your center, and everyone in there is so knowledgeable, helpful and truly care that you walk out of there with someone special that suits you!

Amazing neighborhood apothecary! High-quality herbs and tinctures, including some herbs (like blue lotus) that are difficult to find elsewhere! I have always been so impressed by the quality of the herbs here.

Also, the expert staff are truly knowledgable, super friendly, and always so helpful when I am looking for something specific. Love Balanced Root Apothecary!

My coworker suggested I visit this space for several reasons:

1. The tinctures! They have over 65 tinctures with options to even select from a “top shelf” selection!

2. The seasonal medicine they hand craft at their location. Not only do they use all organic ingredients, herbs, and honey- it’s all extremely affordable.

3. The best part- I leave with all my confusion about what my next steps cleared. They tell me what I need and why, how to use the medicine, and where to go when I need more.

This is the best Denver apothecary and I am happy to make visits here once a month to stock up on all my natural and healthy medicine.

My top recommendation here is the tinctures!
