I had a laser hair removal with Connie, and was super impressed by the professionalism and care of the whole experience! The treatment itself was more painful than I was expecting (most likely because I have very course & dense hair and a low pain tolerance) but Connie never made me feel bad about that and allowed us to take a couple breaks and switching sides to manage the pain. She also answered my many questions very patiently and was so helpful and kind. I'll definitely be coming here for future treatments!
