Came in for a nail removal and the woman that helped me literally ripped my gelx nails off, when I requested she soak them off she told me “they don’t soak off.” I’ve had gelx for 3 years now and they’ve always been soaked off. She lifted one nail and made it bleed a little bit. She then filed them down super thin, I went in wanting it done correctly & professionally but could’ve ripped them off myself at home.

I went in for a gel x set removal and to get a gel manicure and Ryan assisted me. He was very professional, kind and provided great service with gentleness. I appreciated him taking his time with me. This was my first service with Be Polished Nails and Spa and I LOVED IT! I will be back. Thank you so much Ryan!

I called to see if they were available for a walk in and they told me 15 minutes. So I ate in my car (I just got off work) and came in after 15 minutes. Then waited another 15 minutes. Then finally said if I can’t be seen within the next 5 minutes I‘ve got to go across the street. They kept trying to show me the person who was supposed to be doing my toes and why I was still waiting. I finally got it out of them that I would STILL be waiting another 15+ minutes so I left. I’m currently happily sitting across the street. Unless you are pre-booked or they have someone actually free, don’t believe them on their time-guesstimating.

These ladies know what they're doing! I'm not used to getting my nails done, and they were very gentle and had lots of options to choose from if something didn't work out.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years and have always received excellent service! The ladies are all great but my go to is Ivy and Sandy. I just show the nail color that I like from IG and she picks out color and does beautiful job!! I feel at ease that she takes her time. The price is also reasonable. I would highly recommend Be Polished nail & Spa!

I have been here many times, today was my last!!! I had a 38$ gel manicure on Friday , on Saturday the polish began to bubble and peel.
I called the salon Sunday morning, woman said closed today come tomorrow “we fix for you”
I went today 930. Was told the man owner that the girl who did the manicure was off today. Come back tomorrow. I said no I can’t come tomorrow. He said I would have to pay Again to have it fixed today. TERRIBLE service. Never again. Lost a good customer from greed
