Came here for edge control & from the moment I entered the store I was being watched & followed as if I was going to steal. The lady literally watched from the end of the aisle while I looked for the edge control. I didn’t even end up buying anything because I felt uncomfortable & because I don’t want to support a business that treats their customers like thieves. If I could leave zero stars I would. I won’t be back. Customer service sucks

Ms.Andrea and Ms.Ashley helped us and got us in and out! Loved talking with them and they have great customer service! Will be back

Owner is rude, I guess she have come across the wrong customers in her past. Some people just aren’t meant to be business owners. Did not receive assistance from the chick in braids, then I accidentally spilled my drink, and they acted like I broke an item. No, your customer service SUCKS! Owner is lazy and her employee is running all over the store as if she owned her employee.

Ms. Ashley and Ms. Andrea Was Amazing ! From the time I walked in , to the time I left ! I really enjoy every visit there . Even when it’s busy they still make time to assist and welcome me in . Thank you guys so much !

Came here to purchase a tweezer it’s in the front counter right up under the cameras The cashier was watching me like a hawk. If your customers can’t feel welcome, they won’t return. I am not surprised why this hair store is never busy. Word of advice first impression is everything . Why would I want to return to an establishment that assumes that I’m going to steal when I came to spend money?
