My girlfriend and I could not get out of this store fast enough. The saleswoman was the pushiest, and most aggressive saleswoman we have ever encountered. When we explained that the $1000.00 eyecream that was on sale for $400.00 was still WAY out of our price range (and not something my girlfriend even wanted), she became even more aggressive, smirked at us and made a very snarky comment. We are pretty certain that shopping in the charming and friendly town of Solvang is not supposed to be an unpleasant and horrible experience!

So manipulative and pushy. At the end of the day, i didn't have the bandwidth to argue. , I way over spent (hundreds) for a product that sells for $29.00 on instagram. The clerks would make excellent timeshare salesman. Rip off and leaves you with a bad feeling. Just say no to samples. Don't get sucked in.

The other reviewers are correct. The staff are very high pressure. I managed to leave without making a purchase. Don’t let anyone push you into buying something you don’t need or want. No need to feel guilty about not purchasing anything. It’s your money and you get to decide how you spend it.

Shady. How does this crap exist. They will tell you a $20 product is $400 and then when you say no they will beat by beat try to sell it to you via “special prices”, “packaging defects”. All sales no substance

Buyer beware. This store charged my elderly mother over $2000 without her full understanding. Unfortunately the manager won’t take responsibility. Please never shop here again.
