Worst experience. I would never recommend. Very inexperienced, very unprofessional and FRAUD . Yesterday, Iād went in for my appointment. I was specific on the type of treatment I was coming for. I was also asked which filler Iād prefer, I picked 1 FULL Juvederm Voluma and was told that I was all set with the Groupon price.
To start off, when I got there she didnāt answer the phone at all. The door was closed shut needing a code so I had to just stand there waiting for someone from inside to be leaving because nobody answered the door either. Finally, I get inside. I walk to her office and itās very unwelcoming . Sheās sitting at her desk on her phone (she just couldnāt answer when I kept calling) I should have honestly just turned around and left . As Iām talking, telling my situation and the treatment Iām looking forward to, and sheās very catty, unpleasant energy the entire time. As id mentioned before, I was very specific what I wanted and what I came for. I will attach all the messages as well.
As I asked to sit down she continues to try to UPSALE all these products that look like she canāt push . My total went from $462 to $350 so I had no complaints until she tried to sale the āBotoxā I never came for an additional $500. When I was done, sheād said sheād used A HALF A SYRINGE OF juvederm volbella which I didnāt at all ask for. She said if I wanted another half done it would be an additional $350 . Mind u , I only had half done when sheās telling me another half is going to cost more. Not what the deal or coupon said at all. When I went in, I went for a full ml for $462 with the discount included. Not only did I sit there for 5 min for nothing , my money is now down the drain . Not to mention, sheās gotten flustered because sheād claimed to have āpoured up the Botoxā and said she couldnāt waste it so would I mind just paying half for them . I absolutely declined . When Iād texted her I was not happy and felt cheated being I drove a whole hour and 30 min for a full syringe, she told me āyou donāt know what youāre talking about.ā Iām now considering legal action being I tried to talk to her in regard to this, maybe half a refund or something and she rudely denied doing anything wrong on her end . I truly donāt believe sheās supposed to be doing any type of injections . Or she needs WAY MORE PRACTICE the photos prove, sheād tried to make me purchase another HALF for the same price when Iād been given the total of $462 for a full syringe but because she didnāt have the right product I was told I had to buy two separate halves making it $700 for one full treatment . Now the fraud blocked my number
