Got my nails done today by Lauren and she done an amazing job. I brought her a picture and she done exactly what I wanted, I love them. If your looking for someone to do your nails I highly recommend her. She is the sweetest!

I left the salon with my legs covered with the hair that was supposed to be removed AND wax. There seemed to be no organized approach to which section or direction my legs were being waxed. Afterwards, I was told that my hair wasn’t grown out long enough… it had been 3 weeks since shaving. In my opinion, if the hair isn’t long enough, then you should tell me that before you waste my time AND money. I was charged full price - $100 + tax.

I also received a manicure. I would’ve been better off filing them at home, because my cuticles are a mess and the nails weren’t smooth or rounded. One nail had an edge that caught on my sweater about 3 minutes after I left and ripped into the nail bed.

The only reason I was able to stay so calm while I was in the salon is because there was a girl who had come in for 8 foils of pink to be put into her hair and they accidentally dyed ALL of her hair. She was calm and her situation was far worse, so I didn’t want to seem like a Karen.

Had a terrible experience. Was given a girl that was learning and wasn’t told about it. We had went to go get prom nails and left out the fact that the lady doing ours wasn’t skilled. Had to pay $50 each for these ugly nails.

My sister and I both booked a special package day there. Including manicures, pedicures, and an hour massage/facial with makayla. We booked over the phone and put 40$ down to secure the appointment. Our massage and facial was wonderful. However both of our nails after our so called “manicure” were TERRIBLE. She didn’t cut them, file them, buff them, take off the polish I still had on the corners of my nails. Then she tried to file them after she finished painting. We then decided there was no need to get a pedicure there since the manicures were so terrible. We agreed to pay for the massage and facial but didn’t want to pay for the terrible manicures. They took my 40$ deposit to pay for my manicure saying that they could redo it. Sorry but the girl wasn’t suddenly going to get better at nails as you can see in the picture below. I wanted a refund and was denied. This place is terrible and we urge others not to waste your time and money unless your seeing makayla.

I had gotten my nails done on Saturday and the paint job was awful. They didn't add enough gel and my nails started peeling off 2 days after. Was never given a refund but tried to charge me for someone else to do it. Worst place to get your nails done

Taylar Page at beauty concepts is absolutely amazing! She has been doing my hair for almost 3 years now and I am happy every time I leave her chair! I can not say enough good things about this girl and the care and attention she puts towards my hair color. Her facials are also very relaxing and wonderful. I highly recommend Taylar

Raeanna Moon is amazing. I'm really late making this review but she did my hair for my wedding and she honestly went above and beyond for me. She did such an amazing job on my hair and eyebrows. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars but that's all they allow!
