i was on here just seeing if they had any new wigs, but i felt like i needed to add a review since i have the time of day. i’ve been shopping here since i was 15 years old, i’m 20 now about to be 21 in a couple of days. i have never EVER had a bad experience, they always have a good selection when it comes to hair, hair products and even makeup, this is my go to shop and i have never EVER thought about shopping anywhere else. i recommend everyone check this place out and give it a chance!

This beauty supply is my go to store in Colorado Springs. So this is the second time I was over charged for items I didn’t get multiple of . I’m extremely frustrated due the fact that I’m a loyal person and have spent a decent amount of Money in the store. Once could be looked at as a mistake but twice is a habit. I was on work break and Didn’t throughly check my receipt. I’m a honest person and I work very for everything I have and buy. I do not like being scammed. I will not be shopping at this location ever again I’m very disappointed that this happened again . Be careful when shopping here and check your receipt before leaving the store. Also you can see on the receipt I was charged twice for the same item

A guy was sleeping on the floor and the other dude didn’t even ask me if I wanted to see another just let me walk in and looked around I stood there at the wig station and he didn’t ask if I wanted to see anything behind the shelf wow “”””” bad customer service this might be why no one is here

They have the best selection of hair and wigs I have seen since moving to Colorado springs. And the prices are great.
