Man look, best hair store in New Orleans!! Acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly and knowledgeable about any type of hair you want. Took time to walk me and I didn't feel rushed. Store was very clean and smelled fresh. This was the ONLY store I went to out of 5 hair stores that had curly clip in hair. Plus, they had everything thing else I needed and baby the price was right. Yall got a customer for life!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This is the worst beauty supply I have ever spent money at. During the summer this business had racist merchandise on the floor to sell, t shirts specifically. I tried to get an even exchange on a hot comb that was damaged when I opened the box and the manager told me no, even though I had the receipt. He stated that it is hard to believe that it came out the box like that. He also stated that he didn’t care about his google or yelp reviews for his business. Do yourself a favor and go to the beauty supply further down the street. Don’t waste your time at this terrible establishment. By far the worst beauty supply in the city.

Very satisfied. I didn't realize one of the items I purchased was buy one get one free. And as The lady behind the counter was checking me out she made sure to tell me this. She didn't have to do that and most places wouldn't have. Great service

I was looking forward to shopping here. However, as I entered the store, they began to complain about my SERVICE dog. It is ILLEGAL to not allow a service dog into a store. A random customer began to scream in my face. It was very scary and distressing. I will not be returning.
