I purchased a wig from this store and the product was misplaced so I ended up with the wrong wig.

I wanted the Jonelle IT girl by Mayde beauty but the color I picked up was wrong, so I simply put the box back and grabbed the correct color & the box directly under it assuming all the wigs in that pile were the Jonelle wig.

I checked out and came home to try my wig on only to find out it’s the “Jourdan” wig.

I reached out to the store for an exchange (I understand their return policy) but they aren’t making any exceptions even though their product was completely misplaced.
I spent $143 on a wig I hate and cannot even wear. This was my first time going to this location & I will not be returning.

I made a purchase of two items earlier in the week. I came back a day later due to one item having a pressurized issue. It wouldn’t stop leaking and the older lady that works there (I believe she’s chinese but not sure) took my receipt and let me exchange the item. I then came back to get my receipt the next day because I then decided I wanted to return the other item on the receipt due to buying too many in quantity. The african american young lady and younger chinese girl then stated without my receipt I couldn’t return anything. As if it was my fault the older lady didn’t give me my receipt back. They stated they wouldn’t look to see if she threw it away because the trash was already emptied. The young african american lady had poor customer service skills and could care less what I was saying as well as the other young lady. They told me it was nothing they could do. I even offered showing my bank statement of proof of my purchase. It’s very frustrating that because the older chinese lady took my receipt and didn’t give it back, ended in me not being able to return anything else on the receipt. I think it’s very poor customer service to not have things on file when running a business.

I love this place, esp when they put the expensive wigs on sale for $10..I buy em all, I feel accomplished bc I gt them on a great sale, and saved lots of money bc there is no way I wd hv purchased them at the original price, bc I dnt need any of them, but when a sale on a sale pops up...hey I lives my best life! Lol!
