Heather is fantastic, and a godsend if you need someone with deep experience and expertise.

About 7 years ago I contracted Ramsay Hunt, which is similar to but much more rare and severe than Bell's Palsy, and which paralyzed the right side of my face for nearly four months. I was able to recover about 75% of movement and function but a combination of nerve confusion & damage, and resulting muscle weakness, persists.
I have had non-cosmetic botox in a limited area to help even out the muscle pull for several years now, and having just moved back to CO, I needed to find someone to help me here. How amazing it is to have found Heather! She is wonderful all around, and I love that she is fascinated by my case given the rarity of Ramsay Hunt. Importantly, her background and experience is incredibly deep and relevant to my situation. I was worried that I would find someone who excels at botox treatments, with that being their specialty. For my situation, I needed to find someone with true depth of medical experience and understanding - and that is unquestionably Heather.
On my first visit, her attention and questions made clear that I was with the right person. She took the time to understand the history, navigate my 'I'm a guy; this isn't cosmetic' resistance, explain options and recommendations, and then deliver the perfect solution. She asked me questions and outlined concepts that no one else has over the past seven years. She is on a different level than I have experienced before.
