I normally don't do Google reviews like this, but I had to for this place. People do yourself a favor, stay far away from this place. Buckle yourselves down, this is going to be a long one. First off, my mother and I waited 1 hour for service. It seems that they are not keeping track of which customer comes in first because they'll call over whoever's paying attention to them finishing. Or they take care of their regulars first, even if you got there before them. Second it's filthy. They've got spider webs, old chairs, and dirty files. Third, DO NOT go here for a pedicure unless you want to be hurt. They have a method of trying to "straighten" the nail by cutting the sides off. Now mind you, even if you tell them it hurts and to not do it they'll continue to do it to the next nail anyways and pour some alcohol on them. I don't know about you, but I've gotten pedicures before and they've never had to do that to me. Especially on my big toes, I had a previous problem with ingrowns but I got surgery to get it taken care of and haven't had them since. Yet the owner still decided to cut them despite me letting her know that it hurt. The gel didn't fully cover my pinky toe nail, so it looks like they cut the sides off and only left the middle of my nail. After the second day I was able to peel it off, despite me paying for gel for my toes. I'm a mom so girl toe nails are ideal for me to have to avoid up keep for a few weeks. So you could imagine my disappointment. Fourth, my acrylic nails are slanted because they tried giving me "coffin" nails, but some look squared. I also didn't get my cuticles cleaned and trimmed before getting my acrylics. I might as well done these nails myself. Going back to them getting filled with clients, they rushed towards the end of my and my mother's service that my gel color wasn't fully dried so my pinky and tips were sticky and not shiny. Lint was sticking to them. I paid $75 for services. Keep in mind, I wasn't sure how much I was paying since they have 3 or 4 different signs with different prices, INCLUDING the front of their salon.
They are nice people, I'll give them that. But unfortunately only 2 of their 3 workers know how to do acrylics. So that's why we waited for so long. I've gone to local salons before, nothing fancy, and I've never had a bad service like this place. I will not be returning.

The ladys gets crazy over the parking, owner or not owner theirs a way to talk to people. Put respect and people will give you respect. Dont come to get your nails done. I wish I could understand what they where saying because they where mad at the fact that I just parked and I asked a question. They made move my car because I was NOT buying at their store.I asked questions they were rude and telling me to move my car. All rude.

My favorite place in my home town💙 Always clean and the Nail Technicians are so nice and sweet. I always get my eyebrows done here because I’ve been going to this same man since I was in high school and I trust him cause my eyebrows always come out so good! And I don’t mind the wait time because they always check on you. Quality is top tier. Love this place! They did my nails and they were closing in the next 30 minutes and I rushed there after work. They took their time and didn’t rush. Again, love love love this place💙

This is my first time an this nail shop for pedicure my nails where very painful 😫 😩 but Mary did such a great job I love everything she did she never hurt me 😊i really like it the massage with the warm stones I will come back again thank you very much Beauty Shop Nails ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a very comfortable place to get your nails and pedicure done. This is the MOST HYGIENIST nail place you will ever find by far. staff is CLEAN and the place is CLEAN plus...they are very aware of cross contamination. It is affordable. I use to live in Lynwood and now I live in San Bernardino and I drive all the way out there to get my nails all doodle up. BEST PLACE you will ever find. I give it 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I've decided to stop coming to this salon because I'm tired of getting hurt during my pedicures and waiting at least 10 minutes for them to open (on time). The salon is also nasty (they should've used Covid closure to deep clean the salon).

The staff is very friendly and they do a really good job. My nails lasted 3weeks. Its very affordable as well. The only negative thing is the wait but it's worth waiting for👍
