I visited this store in Clinton Ms. Today . The service I received was horrible. The employees could not understand me well and got mad when I asked for a refund . So I proceeded to another register and he was rude as well .That's definitely a frustrating and unpleasant situation, and I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from 2 of your employees. When I asked about my refund they responded by saying [rude comment/tone] which I found to be very unprofessional and off-putting. I believe good customer service is essential, and this experience made me feel unwelcome."It's unfortunate that I had this experience, but taking action can help prevent similar situations for others and hopefully encourage the business to improve their service. Next time have patience and compassion. There should be some training classes for these employees.

I recently visited Beauty Zone of i-55 north in Jackson. It is such a beautiful store! I received great deals for their soft opening event and I’m looking forward to thee official grand opening event which will take place this week 5/16-19/24! Please shop with them. The quality of [beauty star in Clinton ]’s hair products is truly remarkable. I used their shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask, and I noticed a significant improvement Mohammed is really kind and nice u guys will love there customer service everyone in the store will help u with anything great products and hair bundles

Very convenient to drive to coming from Edwards Ms. I know I can come to this store location to get everything I need. They always speak when I come in and ask do I need help. Great customer service!! If you are closer to Jackson Ms they also just opened up a new location next to Kroger on I-55

I love this place!!! Has great hair dye selection, skin care, hair products, makeup, perfumes and nails!! They have these oil perfumes that are top shelf brands that smell extraordinary! The wigs are pretty for those interested and they have great prices!
