Team leader Carissa isn't even worth the 1 star but I had to mark something. We came in for steaks tonight 4.97# got to the counter discounts were not coming off. the sign on the product was for the listed item. after confirming the product 2ce, they refused to change the price even though the correct product was under the correct sign and the steaks were stocked front to back lol... I went back a 3rd time to just get whatever the promo was as now it's 730 and I really need to cook dinner. all the signs were removed and Carissa said it was only for the big pack lol... that's not what was advertised at all. I got the large pack no problem as i was already buying 4 steaks. but they wasted 20 minutes of my time because they had no organization in the store. she walked away like a jerk and acted like I was the problem. I don't work there Carissa... I did my job all day. this was someone else's job and u tried to belittle the customer. CLEARLY does not specify for the large pack 🙄 which again was not the issue. only that CARISSA or Chlorissa whatever her name is, (long black hair and glasses)was trying to MAKE IT the issue. Just say ur wrong and u guys fkd it up.

Clean store, wonderful staff. My favorite is their bakery area. Their cakes are awesome. Bathrooms need to be checked more however, no complaints from me.

Beautiful store, recently remodeled with wide variety of grocery store items. The produce, butcher, deli and bakery are top notch. Employees are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

You’re a grocery store chain how does the deli not have bread? The worker didn’t even help or offer a good solution just this is what we have and it was like two rolls at 2pm

This is my favorite place to shop for 16 years , the only thing that bothers me is the Asian female in 20 or 30's in the hot food section she doesn't know how to be nice I tried to be polite but it's seems she's not belong to the customer service industry ,I was thinking the first time I encountered her that maybe she's just having a bad day, that's why she's not nice but I'm wrong she's really have an attitude for the 2nd and 3rd time i visit the hot food section every lunch time😔
I hope I'm not the only one notice this.
