I had a very disappointing experience at Bella Vie Nails & Spa. The products they use are of extremely poor quality, and my nails didn’t last more than a day before chipping and peeling. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—the staff was rude and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. For the price they charge, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere .

Made an appt the day before and was able to get an appt the next day! This was my first time here so I was a bit weary since I've gone to many nail salons in the past. Fortunately, I was blown away by how gorgeous my nails looked after! I forgot to get the girl's name that did both my mani and pedi, but she absolutely killed it. I got gel x and gel for my toes and the price + tip was a bit but you get what you pay for here. The salon was clean and offered many different options that you can choose from - stickers, colors, gel x, etc. I'll definitely be coming back, but I'll update this post if the nails come apart haha.

Tips:
- Make an appt, you can try to walk in but they are most likely busy
- Ask to try out the colors first before going all in, the colors can look different on the models and on your nail

This is my first time doing gel x so we'll see how this goes!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! After years of being a loyal customer I had an awful experience at this place. I got 2 horrendous abrasions on both ankles due to a new operator scrubbing too hard on an area where there were no calluses. I ended up going to urgent care and being prescribed with a full treatment of antibiotics. After 4 weeks ,the wounds are not yet healed. Apparently their new staff is not properly trained. I'm sorry, I'm too embarrassed to post pictures of my wounds. This is extremely disappointing and upsetting.

First time here, very clean and well kept. My nail tech was a tiny bit rude but she did an amazing job. At the end of the day, I’m happy with my nails, they’re exactly what I asked for. Will be going back!

So I had to come back and edit my review because I had given it 5 stars based on my first 2 great experiences, but due to the next 3 times which were kind of terrible, I had to revise my opinion.
For reference: I got the “Gelish manicure” every time, and they never lasted me more than 2 1/2 weeks, but to be fair, I do lift weights and can be hard on my nails.
Pros: I gave it 3 stars because the facility is bright and airy, none of the usual chemical smells. The prices are also comparable to other salons.
Cons: The quality is super inconsistent.
One time I asked for a glitter ombré tip and showed a basic picture, but what I got was what is shown in the picture with the white nails and glitter evenly spread on the nail.
Another time they applied the gel polish all the way over my cuticles and the back edge started peeling off and lifting by the end of the day. I went back to show them and I was treated rudely even though they had just seen me and could clearly see the problem, which I couldn’t fabricate if I had tried. (ALSO, why would I WANT to waste my time going back to bother them) Anyways, they made me make an appointment to get them fixed the next day.
The final time, I kept it simple with pink and one glitter nail. The pic I took right after I left showed that they didn’t apply the polish evenly and the brush drag marks showed. Since I had just spent $45 (with tip) to do them, and it wasn’t worth the trouble of going back to try to get it fixed, I just decided to quit trying my luck with Bella Vie. ☹️

I love this nail shop. They always do a fantastic job. I’ve gotten gel when growing out my nails and now get dip mani. There’s been a couple of times where I’ve messed up a nail right after I’ve gotten them done because I’m hard on my hands and they always fix my mistakes with no issues. And Jenny does the best dip nails. I also get gel pedis abs they really take their time remove old gel & dip (mani) to care fir your natural nails. So because they take their time an appointment is highly recommended. This isn’t a shop where you can just walk in and out. You get what you pay for at those shops! I highly recommend Bella Vie, their staff and products.
