Phone is not working. No matter which option you press, it all reverts to the original message and a person cannot connect to the pharmacy by phone. I have waited several weeks for my order and have heard NOTHING from the pharmacy. I would like to know where my order is.

Be Aware! Zero stars if there were a choice. Received my RX 1-week late. Vial supposed to have 4-weeks dose, only had 2-weeks. I called, spoke with pharmacist he stated all vials are guaranteed the correct dose, it is user fault. Nope, I always had a person with me for the injections and we both verified the correct dose. Guarantee means if it is not right, the product is be fixed, replaced, or refunded. Nope, I will NEVER use the pharmacy again! Zero customer service!

They don't have a big sign on the building that tells you where they at. It was between tobacco town and the other store. The story why we went there was because found a kitten wandering in our backyard and decided to keep him. And we were told by our vet that to picked up medicine for him which is the price was outrageous. The vet bills already expensive and we have three other cats that also need to take care of. The pharmacist was a nice old gentleman and explained to us how to use the medicine. They should lower the medicine price and it is only for 5 days use.

Use any other compounding pharmacy you can find. Not this one.

My doctor sent in a script on 10/24. Two weeks later it’s no where near ready. Called 4 separate times to help get it filled. Was told a different story each time. Said it was because of the hurricane in Florida, then twice they said to allow 8 business days for processing. Then today, 11/7, they said it was inputted into their system on 11/1. I was sitting with my doctor on 10/24 when they sent it in. It took them 7 days to input the order into their computer! Meanwhile, I’ve been out of meds for a week now. Imagine if you needed your medication that week or your health would be compromised.

Bye bye, Belmar. I hope all their other customers flee as well.

The transition from Women’s International to Belmar has been fraught with long delays, non functioning websites and rude employees. I am looking for a new compounding lab. The employees have been defiant when they are in error. This is another corporation that does not care about having you as a customer but they will take your money.

Changed pharmacies for my compound stuff at the request of my doctor. They told me 5 days to make the two. I’m now on day 7 still waiting. Tech said “yep, looks like it’s still in the lab.” Incredibly helpful.

Who needs hormones anyway. Please, take your time.

*edit. Prescription got mailed Thursday at nearly 3pm. Then I got charged for “two day” delivery and according to UPS It’s not gonna actually be delivered until Monday which effectively makes it “four-day” delivery.

Definitely switching back to my old pharmacy and super regretful I made the switch to this one in the first place. It would have been faster for me to drive to Arizona and pick it up

This pharmacy is difficult to work with. They won't give prices for compounded medicines over the phone unless your doctor sends in the RX. I called two other pharmacies and both of them gave the price over the phone. One of those other 2 pharmacies won my business. I don't recommend Belmar. Regarding their response: there aren't "many details to consider." It's very simple to look up a cash price. It's an anti-consumer policy put in place because they want to lock in your RX and make it hard to switch to a different pharmacy. Their competitors don't do this. Shop elsewhere.
