Berthoud Family Dentistry was AMAZING for our daughter's first dentist visit. First of all, the woman who helped me book the appointment was super friendly and was willing to work with our 14 month old's nap schedule (unlike Foothills Pediatric Dentistry who absolutely could not make this happen). When we came in, we were taken back right away and Dr. Beckwith came immediately to see us. She was really good with our daughter who was definitely unsure of her new surroundings at first! Of course, this was just a "fun" visit so we haven't had any cleanings here yet, but I felt compelled to leave a review. Thanks Berthoud Family Dentistry team for being so friendly and helpful!

We were pleased with their services until recently. They’ve changed or severely reduced what dental insurance plans they accept. Additionally in December we received a bill from their office for services dating back to 2022. We were sent a bill shortly before Christmas for almost $800. I called their office made a payment for half of the amount in January, and let them know I would call back in February to make the remaining payment. The individual I spoke with at the time said they would make a note on the account. Since then I have received a harassing phone call and a letter threatening my credit if I didn’t immediately make a payment. It is quite obvious their office staff is incompetent: not billing insurance in a timely manner, sending a large bill from a services rendered during the past three years, expecting immediate payment and even after the patient called to arrange payment they are still incapable of making appropriate annotations. We’ve since moved to another dentist’s office.

I’ve been going to Dr. Beckwith for years, and her team is consistently amazing! Her office is clean and modern, front desk staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, the Dental Hygienists are compassionate, thorough, and super competent, and Dr. Beckwith is the cherry on top! I recently had to fill a couple of cavities, and I was extremely nervous about the numbing shot. The day of the appointment, the entire team was on my side and prepared to make it the best possible experience. Dr. Beckwith was extremely patient, caring, supportive, and super efficient at the shot and all of the dental work. Dr. Beckwith is amazing at taking care of my teeth, knowledgeable, and overall an amazing human. If you have any dental anxiety, no matter how small or large, Dr. Beckwith’s team will go above and beyond to take care of you, and when you leave, your smile will truly be better, inside and out.

Dr. Beckwith addressed my concerns with my teeth’s appearance and suggested Invisalign. I’ve been in them for over two months now and have seen nothing but great results! I am able to get in for my appointments much quicker than other offices and am always greeted with friendly smiles and professional care! Cannot suggest this office enough!

Dr. Beckwith, along with her entire staff, are absolutely amazing. Extremely compassionate and friendly. If an emergency ever comes up, they'll do their absolute best to squeeze you into their schedule. If you have to get additional work done elsewhere, they'll be your biggest advocate to ensure you get the best care. I cannot recommend them enough!

This team went out of their way to get me into an appointment on a Saturday. They even offered to watch my 1yo for me during a weekday cleaning so that I could be taken care of. Yall have no idea how extremely grateful I am for the support. Taking care of your person as a sahm mom is hard, and this office genuinely made me feel like I was a priority.

I have major dental anxiety and they completely understood where I was at mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I'll be back to fix my broken filling and to continue regular cleaning 😌
