Lots of people Christmas shopping. Staffing appeared adequate considering. Store seemed well stocked. Our clerk, Richard, was quite helpful getting us through the purchase and product setup. Best Buy is not always the cheapest place but have a decent variety of products and helpful staff

Placed an order online for pickup. Went to the store, was greeted when I walked in, walked up to the counter and showed the barcode for pickup. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes to get my items and I was out of the store. I can say I've definitely had a better experience going to Best Buy in Marina than some of the other Best Buys in the area

Was able to quickly enter and get exactly what I came for. The employee managing the computer/gaming section was a great help with my purchase and she helped work through a system error instead of just saying it couldn’t be done.

Every time I try to get help in here it takes forever. Have had employees up sale me in a dishonest fashion with stuff I did not need. Have had employees help others that asked for help way after me. Waiting here at the moment in the store. Asked for help both at the dash cam area and to open a case across the store…been 20min and still nobody to open the case or help me with questions

Pretty desolate Best Buy. Lots of empty shelves. Waited for about 10 minutes to try getting something locked away and the employees just ignored me. I just ordered from Amazon instead.

I went to this location to drop off a laptop battery for recycling. This location no longer has a drop box for them, and I was directed by the door security to the customer service desk.

After waiting in line for ten minutes, I was informed that I needed a Best Buy customer account to drop off a battery for recycling. I wasn't going to spend another ten minutes doing that.

If you want to drop off an electronics battery here, clear a full 30 minute slot from your schedule.
