Sadly, our experience with the couples massage fell short of expectations. The massage itself was just okay, leaning toward a less-than-ideal experience. The ambiance was also lacking—the room was silent with no relaxing music, which made it hard to unwind. The loud doorbell and conversations from outside were disruptive and took away from the atmosphere. With some adjustments to both the service quality and setting, this place could greatly improve the experience.

My partner and I had a very good experience with Best Choice Massage. We booked a same day couples massage and they were able to get us in same day for a 90 minute massage. We got Ya Ya and Nancy. Both were beautiful souls with strong hands and lovely demeanor. Professional and kind. Would book with them again. I'd also like to comment just on their hard work. They don't speak a lot of English but were both smiling and pleasant to be around. It must be hard to live in a country that is not your original home. So please be kind to them and be patient if they don't originally understand you and tip well.

I have been waiting until I have had enough massages before I wrote a review.

Now that I have had 4+ massages, each time has been better than the last. The very first massage was not very good, although I am happy I gave it another chance.

If you are looking for a good Chinese oil massage, they do that very well. They also do a good job stretching you and getting all the knots out.

I have not had a bad masseuse although Tiffany, Angela and Kuku for sure have been very good.

Overall, it was a great experience. Amy was very sweet and professional. They were able to take me as a walk in. She had her manager on the phone to help translate, which was different, but it worked. The walls are thin and some spa music would really help.

Outstanding massage. I was dealing with some deep back and shoulder pain after traveling to and from Asia for work and Kiki was able to provide some really great treatment - when she found the area that was causing me pain she really focussed on it and adjusted her attention, time and technique to help treat the issue. Immediately when I got home my wife noticed that the swelling near the knot that was in my back had gone down greatly and my range of motion had improved.

The massage itself was great, they were able to accommodate us as walk ins without any waiting time for a 60 min couples massage. The ambience could use some improvements - the rooms are not sound proof and there was no relaxing playing so we could hear other guests and staff throughout our time there.
- the staff also call out loud for each other and somewhat frequently exit and re-enter the room to coordinate with other staff members, and that can feel a tad disturbing when you’re halfway asleep from the massage

Our massage team - Nancy and Yoyo were great! While we were there the place got busier, so we were rushed out just like we were rushed in. Not complaining though, the massage was relaxing and enjoyable. We would come here again 😊
