I had a good experience here. The staff and other customers were very friendly. Ryan did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Emma did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails. She matched it very well to the image I showed her and even pointed out that one of the colors I chose wasn't quite right for what I wanted. She then found a color that was. I was very happy with the service and outcome.

Took my 4yo daughter for her first mani/pedi today, and the staff were all so great. They were so sweet to her. We both loved our experience and will be returning!

My pedicure was rushed, I was finished 10 minutes before my sister, and the tips of my toenails weren’t even fully painted. My full set was well done. The workers were very nice and friendly. The place is clean, just bummed about my pedicure. (Pics 5 days later)

I recently visited Best City Nails, and while the staff was friendly and the service itself was decent, I left feeling a bit disappointed.

First, I had concerns about cleanliness. My nail specialist reused tools without properly discarding or sanitizing them. For example, she used toe spacers during my pedicure and then placed them back in her basket on top of the other ones instead of disposing of them. This raised some hygiene concerns for me. Additionally, when I moved to her manicure station, the surface was sticky and dusty, which didn’t feel very clean or professional.

As for the manicure, I specifically requested very short nails because I’m a dental hygienist and can’t have long nails. Unfortunately, the nail specialist didn’t seem to listen to my request and left my nails longer than I wanted, even after I explained my needs.

While the staff was kind and welcoming, and the overall experience wasn’t terrible, I did expect better attention to detail—especially for the $110 I spent. I was hoping to leave feeling fully satisfied, but instead, I felt let down by both the cleanliness standards and the lack of attentiveness to my requests.

I've tried a lot of places in town for pedicures and Best City Nails did a fantastic job! Loan was my gal and also had great conversation! We went with a snowflake appliqué and no one has ever offered that to me. I'm all for freehand when possible but I'm often disappointed, so this perfection made it that much better of an experience! 👌

I have been here twice. My first experience was nothing but amazing. I had a male tech and he was so sweet and my nails turned out ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
However, the second time that I went, I had an older lady for a tech and she used the dremel, or electric filer to remove my previous gel manicure. She filed my nails absolutely paper thin that it got hot and was painful. I told her it hurt and she said she had to get the gel off (which was long gone by that point) they were so paper thin and bent so easily even with gel on.
Don’t get me wrong, the French tips she did were fantastic! But they didn’t last long because I had a nail break the day after I got them done, and two more the day after… finally, by the 3rd day, I was so frustrated that my nails kept bending, annoyed from the pain I just cut all my nails down to the point where there was no tip left. I had lovely, long, natural nails before this and usually just have them file a little bit and keep the length, however, now I need to start fresh with paper thin, short nails.
I will be returning, however, I will not be allowing her to do my nails anymore. I would recommend this place to anyone, I think they are great! I just will not be allowing anyone to use the dremel on my nails.

First time at this nail salon and I am very happy with my experience here. They were really friendly and my nails turned out beautiful. The attention to detail was great it didn’t feel like they were rushing to get it done like past experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend trying them out if you haven’t yet. Lovely place and great staff.
