Black Beauty Supply in my Opinion is the Best of the Other 2 Beauty Stores for Ethnic Hair & Supplies...

BUT the Older Lady that's been there a long time seems Mad or like she doesn't want you to Ask her Questions sometimes. And she has 1 or 2 Daughters that work there sometimes..The Tall one is Extremely Rude! She acts as if she gets irritated with you if you have a question to ask her. And the other Daughter has Absolutely NO CLUE about the products they sell. She looked at me like a Deer in Headlights when I asked her a question🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Why are they working there if they don't want to Help the Customers and/or Answer Questions Without an Attitude!🤷🏽‍♀️

I love this place they have so many cool random little finds. Everything from hair supplies to make up to contact lenses and accessories, and it's priced fairly well 🙂

I've been doing my own hair for about ten years. They have always had everything I needed and more lol.

Great prices, wide selection of random stuff. you always walk out with and extra little random thing. For me it's always the earrings or accessories at the counter man they always get me!!!

Also; my color products came from Sally's (ion Red), but my extensions where made from hair purchased here! I sewed them myself. I bought medium grade hair and I was pretty impressed!!
Easy to work with, I only needed one pack of hair for the full set of extensions, you can wash, dry, and style them fairly normal just don't use excess heat or harsh products!

I work as a theatrical wig maker and on occasion we will have the need to make major alterations or completely rebuild a piece for an understudy or some other unexpected circumstances and Black Beauty Supply has always had what I need to get the job done!

I litterally just bought this wig, not even 20 minutes ago, guy didn’t say I could try it on or anything first. So when I got home I put a wig cap on and tried it on maybe not even 30 seconds, I realized even after adjusting the straps that it didn’t fit, tried to return it and he said No because it would’ve “ been different if I tried it on in the store” so 86$ down the drain! SCREW THIS PLACE

Very little selection of human hair and the piece was over rated for the wig to be used I asked to take 20$ off since it wasn't new but he didn't agree. I purchased the wig but I think I will stick to online shopping.

This place isn't bad it's just not what I'm used to because I'm not from Colorado. beauty supply stores in North Carolina are much bigger and offer a wider variety however this place is not bad at all. It is a bit pricier but the quality is much better than some of the others in the area

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. My 1st time going there, and definitely will be my last. I had a hairstylist willing to do some micro locs extensions on me, last minute. So I rushed to this store to purchase the hair. The owner told me it was 100% human, but as soon as I got to the stylist she open it and immediately could tell it wasn't. So I had to wait 2 days to speak with the owner to try and get an exchange. He open the pack and said we took hair out, which was far from true. I'm not adding synthetic hair to my head. I watched the stylist not even open the packet all the way. (Now I have 67 dollars that just went to waste.) I spent 3 years without going to a beauty supply store, and as soon as I let my guard down, this happened. I highly do not recommend it. However, if you do decide to still go, make sure you know what you are getting. Do not leave the store if you're not sure. DO NOT GET MICRCO LOC EXTENSIONS FROM HERE.
