WOW! Tanya is amazing! She is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. After getting a background of my skin care routine, she walked me through what she wanted to do, why she wanted to do it, and what to expect as the result. She took me, step by step, through a new skin care routine, and showed me how to properly apply all the skin care products.
I also had her do my lash extensions and I was so comfortable with her that I actually fell asleep!

Tanya is just absolutely lovely. She takes such time and care to get every single lash in place (which let me tell you is a painstaking process). She even jokes about how she's a bit OCD wanting to get every one covered and it's a wonderful thing because she then actually takes the time and has the precision to do so. I go for a classic fill style which is just one lash per natural lash (It adds nice length while making your eyes pop without being too much - I don't really wear much makeup because I'm lazy, so it's a good look for when I do put some on, or if I'm going about my regular lazy face day). The thing I really appreciate about her though is her dedication to her service and product. She offers a complimentary touch up within about a week of the fills or first appointment, to be sure everything is satisfactory and if she feels she wants more lashes on than what the appointment time allowed for. Also she makes it it a point to ask at that time if you want more curl, different lengths, or not to have certain areas (I don't like the corners of my eyes filled since I tend to pick at them if there are lashes there- my natural lashes there stick straight down), or whatever it may be and is so accommodating if you say you'd like something different. I've not experienced this anywhere else and it is AWESOME. It tells me she truly does want her clients to feel they've gotten great work and value in what they've paid for this service, as well as she personally believes in her product, because she's willing to back it up at no cost to the client.

Recently, my lashes have proven to be tricky and we've had a hard time getting the glue to stick for as long as it needs to (you should have a good amount of lashes by the time you need a fill), but she's been more than accommodating and has each time tried to problem solve with me, tried different application methods and has been just .. truly awesome throughout the process. Again. This shows me she is quality and truly cares about her clients happiness. Even with my lashes being stubborn I have nothing but good things to say about her and her practice.

She is easy to schedule with, easy to communicate with and has a great personality. Sometimes I feel like talking, sometimes not and we'll go the appointment comfortably quiet, sometimes I'll even almost fall asleep (she's gentle!) and she has made me feel very comfortable in expressing if ever the eye pads, or tape (holds down your lower lashes so they don't get stuck in upper ones) are rubbing weird on my undereye, or if there's a pinch, or pressure, or any sort of discomfort. I have annoyingly sensitive skin/eyes.

I've had my lash extensions on and off for about 7 years now and have gone to many different people (probably about 3-4 different lash artists) and some places I've not felt I can speak up without the esthetician getting frustrated which isn't a good feeling. Not Tanya. Seriously. Go see her. I cannot say enough good things. 🙂
