I honestly have to say they deserve the 5 stars. My first time having oral surgery or getting put to sleep and I must say it was more pleasant than I ever expected. Definitely recommended

My experience was top notch. Everyone there was super helpful, friendly, and extremely professional. They took all the fear I had with dentists and made it just disappear. Dr. Krendrick was informative and professional. I highly recommend !!! Thanks to all of you!!!!

I suffer with really bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. So I told the staff and they allowed my Mother to come in the room with me while they did an emergency tooth extraction. They also made sure I was informed of what they were doing at all times , they made sure I was comfortable, they made sure my Mom and my adult Son ( he was in the waiting room) was also comfortable, and asked if any of us needed water ( Me) coffee for my Mom and adult Son.
The whole staff went above and beyond for me and my family.

This was my first and last time visiting this practice. The x rays took longer than they spent on my cleaning. I was told I have 3 cavities. Ive never had a cavity in my 32 years. When I asked where they are, the dentist pulled up the xrays then back pedaled and said 2 of them aren't actually cavities yet. So then they took them off. But I should spend 125 per tooth on their medicine to fix it still. The other cavity didn't show up on the xray, but she said she could tell it was one due to her cleaning tool sticking to the tooth. After I told her I didn't want to go forward with the filling today, it seemed like her demeanor changed. She told her helper that they would be "stopping and starting a lot due to the excessive build up" during my cleaning. Not sure what the point of that comment was in front of me. I havent had a cleaning in over a year, so of course theres build up. Isnt cleanings the sole purpose to remove build up?
She did the cleaning herself. Ive never had the dentist do my cleanings before, it's always the hygienist so that seemed weird. I think my cleaning lasted all of 10 minutes. My teeth dont look nor feel clean like they usually do after a cleaning.
When I went to check out I was told it would be $85 for the filling that I didn't receive.
A poor experience overall with dr Kendrick.

First visit & I was very impressed! I called as a new patient & had an appointment 2 days later. Everyone was so nice. My teeth were so clean that I hated to eat anything afterwards! And they accept my insurance discount plan! That’s what took me there in the first place!
