I have come here for years and love this place. Most recently, Katie gave me the most amazing 90 minute massage. It's not fancy nor a spa experience, it is a relaxing place to get an amazing massage that gets deep and for a good price. I've never had a negative experience. They have you pay up front so that they don't have people skip out on them since they are a small business and that can ruin them. My experience is always that they run my credit card before the massage and then have me fill in the tip after. If you're looking for someone to get every single knot out of your body and not afraid of the pressure it will take to get them out, then Katie is the one to make that happen!!

Good massage, easy to book same day. Didn’t like how they asked me to pay before the service started, which I said no to and was able to pay after. Plus as many people have stated, the weird requiring tipping amounts bothered me. I tipped what I felt was appropriate.

Amazing, I will admit the tipping method they have is a bit odd, didn't learn about it till after. I tipped $20 for the hour long massage beforehand, and I would have tipped it at the end anyways. Amazing massage, the lady who did mine was very polite and always asked if I was good throughout the message. Definitely was a great experience and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to try! Like I said the tipping system is weird and demanded, but with how good they do, you should probably tip them that much anyways.

Worst massage experience I've ever had. Did a 90 minute massage. Therapist was huffing and sighing throughout massage as though she was irritated. When massage was over she said how 'hard that was to do 90 minutes' and 'how tired she was'. I thought- don't offer a 90 minute service then?! I tipped her 21% signing my credit card receipt, and she pulled out a chart with their Shop Rules for tips. (See other comments someone else took picture of chart) therapist demanded I change tip to a $30 tip. I was so taken back and shocked i changed the amount. I have never been treated so unprofessional in any business. She was rude and condescending. I do not recommend anyone go here. Go to a reputable place with professionalism ethical standards. Horrible!!

Go anywhere else! The minute I stepped in their lobby I knew something was wrong. The first thing out of the massage therapists mouth was "cash or card?" No, hi how are you. I was rushed to pay up front. After charging my card, she moved her calendar and pointed at a sign demanding her minimum tip up front as well. I'm surprised they are still in business. I cancelled the sale and walked out. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Tips are earned, not demanded. What a joke.
