After a long search in sheridan I found my massage therapist. In Wyoming you don’t need a license to give massages, but Liz went to school and is licensed. Liz owns her own business and is native to Sheridan. She has years of experience and it shows. She had great pressure and always made sure I was comfortable. I have been to over 20 massage therapists and she is one of the bests. So excited I found her. It might take 3 months to get an appointment but it’s worth the wait.

I've been seeing Lizz for a number of months and she's amazing. Not only does she do amazing muscle work, helping me stay in good shape despite all the terrible things I do to myself (long distance running, not enough stretching, etc) but she's also willing to do house calls, which takes the stress of out getting to and from my massages! It's the best!
