I have been coming to this location for about a year once a month consistently for hard gel manicures, eyebrows, & regular pedicures. If you can call in advance to schedule an appointment, I highly recommend!! Cathy, Jenny & Luna have been consistent in the work they do! Ai, the owner is also a sweetheart & so skilled!! ❤️‍🔥

I came in yesterday for my hard gel refill & Jenny delivered what I asked for!! She kept a consistent shape to my nails, she was mindful & paid close attention to the work she was doing on me the entire time. I left the salon feeling very pretty & thankful!! ☺️♥️ I love this place!!

I schedule a appointment with AI for acrylic nail full set at 11:15 am on 2/27/25 I got there 11:10 am and I say I have a appointment at 11:15 with AI for full set acrylic and she was helping someone else and then someone else came in and she run to her to help her and they only put me in the chair to wait for pedicure, they stared my pedicure at 12:20pm and then they removed my nail and I thought okay we are getting someone she will come and start my acrylic but then she was like let’s do Gel X is better and I was hesitant and I say I like acrylic and she push me to do Gel X , AI never touch my nails it was someone else even though my appointment was with her , she finish her client and say I have to go 1pm and they barely were doing my suppose Gel X nail terrible nails , I hated it and I told the lady who was doing it and she told me i didn’t know you had a appointment , she was they look cute and I say I guess , i don’t like them I say and she was like sorry honey next time acrylic so she was like is $120 I was like for this terrible job WHAT !!!! I pay them but and i would not recommend them to anyone , I cut my nails I soon as got home

I'm very happy with my experience at Bon Bon. I haven't had my nails done professionally in 15 years and this salon was my first step back into professional nail care. The staff all seem to be quite experienced and detail oriented. I appreciated the care and the time they took to do my nails the two times I've been there recently.

More importantly, they were good to my partner who is male presenting and loves manicures. This is important because I know some salons are not so open to this. It's important for us that they feel welcome to come and beautify themselves.

The prices are very reasonable for the results recieved. They are open to whatever shape and design you choose (even if it changes mid-session as it did with me) and will offer services that meet your needs if you're unsure or have questions. This will be my frequent go-to place.

I book a appointment with AI at 11:15 am and they didn’t start my services until 12:20 and I ask for full set and AI told to do get gel x she never touch my nails , and she help everyone else but me and i couldn’t leave cause someone had already started doing my feet and then when they finish with Gel X , i did not like how it look is terrible how they look , I am so mad the i didn’t get my acrylic nail like i always do

Got a manicure done, and that seems fine. The price is decent and they applied it well. I’ve come here previously a bunch of times and every time I get a pedicure - they do it well, taking out my ingrown nails. But I’m giving them a bad review because -
I got my upper lip and chin waxed today at this place, and they were too rough on the skin that I have red spots on my face (or wounds from the waxing). So disappointed that this is the experience. I will not be going here again.

Edit: the gel manicure chipped within a week of usage. The quality is very bad for the polish and the application.

This is absolutely the best salon to go to. Ai is such an artist and a true perfectionist. I am always amazed at the work done in this salon. She also does an AMAZING facial that you have to try. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I always leave with beautiful nails and thoroughly entertained.

I was just in town visiting and really needed to get my nails done. They were super friendly and accommodating even though I was pressed for time during my visit. Not to mention they did an amazing job! Will definitely return every time I’m back!
