First of all the receptionist Melanie is extremely rude, and unprofessional with a ghetto demeanor! I had botched Botox with Denise who claimed to be an experienced injector. However she proceeded to give me one high eyebrow on the left and a drooping eye on the right. She didn’t even want to help me by fixing the problem. I had to see some one else for that! They couldn’t even prescribe Upneeq! Then they had the nerve to send a text that was misspelled and rude suggesting they’d no longer wanted to see me as a patient and to go elsewhere as if I did something wrong or as if this was my fault in some way! She even tried to say it happened bc I have a smaller forehead! That’s ridiculous! I’ve never had this happen anywhere else! I’ve had Botox for over 20 yrs elsewhere before moving here and nothing like this has ever happened to me! The other nurse told me that Denise had botched 3 other patients that same month! They’re incredibly incompetent and low scale with outdated technology as well. If your looking for an upscale place with experienced staff! This isn’t it!!! You’ve been warned! Beware of this place!! Luckily I found Haus of Beaute it’s a classy upscale place with advanced technology and highly skilled nurses and a NP on staff! Do not go to LNM please beware!!

I’ve been going to Denise for a couple of years and she is wonderful!! She is very informative about the procedure she is doing and is very patient with my questions and concerns. I’m constantly getting compliments on how youthful I look. She has literally taken years off my face! The office staff is so nice and great at making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Denise and would never go anywhere else. If you book an appointment with her you will be 100 percent satisfied!
