We had a peaceful stay. Our room was comfortable and lovely, as was the front garden, but this establishment is not operating as a hotel and definitely not a “boutique hotel”. It is more like a motel. There are no indoor public areas open to guests, such as a lounge / seating area, nor a place to eat breakfast. Breakfast is help-yourself granola and yogurt available in a hallway.
The establishment description above is not accurate as our room did not have a seating area, just one desk chair. So if you didn’t want to eat your granola outside, you’d have to eat it sitting on the floor of your room.
Zero personal contact with any staff during our stay, other than a text, likely a bot, as no response was received to my reply.

We two stayed for one night in the "Carriage House" room 6 (formerly known as room 4). Pleasant grassy grounds with chairs and tables. Room (4.0) was as expected, and bed was comfortable.|LOCATION: 4.0 Walking distance (~15 min) from Pearl Street shops and restaurants. Parking provided.|CLEANLINESS: 4.5. |SERVICE: 4.5. Easy self checkin and checkout. The staff was very responsive to requests we made via text.|BREAKFAST: 4.0. The granola (GF) was outstanding. Oat milk as well as dairy milk available. Fresh fruit (apples and mikan) provided. Instant oatmeal available. Plenty of coffee and tea available in room.

What a wondeful place! Quiet, close to CU Boulder and downtown. Awesome beds! Clean, light filled and beautiful rooms. Everything is prepared with so much love and care. We had the most wonderful time!

I found this cute place through a Google search and all the lovely reviews people left. I had the pleasure to communicate with Michelle about my stay and some changes that I needed to make. She was lovely, kind and accommodating. I’m excited to stay there when I visit Boulder.

I absolutely loved my stay at Boulder Guest House. It was peaceful with a lovely garden and beautiful zen style room. The material of the blankets and pillows were high quality, and the mattress was so comfy that I never wanted to leave! There is organic fruit available all day as well as yogurt and delicious homemade granola with multiple milk options. The building is also high tech—my room had a very fancy and quiet air conditioner that worked well despite hot weather outside, and so many streaming options on the Roku. The building also has solar panels on the roof, which I appreciated, and composted. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are all provided, but it’s not like a normal hotel—these are all natural, and much higher quality. Shower pressure was great. There was also an amazing library of books from which guests were welcome to borrow and read while lounging in the garden or in our rooms. Most of all, the staff were lovely, and clearly work very hard to create a place where cozy meets sacred, and kindness is everywhere. Thank you Boulder Guest House!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. 🙌 The rooms are clean and simple and everything you need. I checked in late and used my code to get into the lock box. It was easy. I had filtered water waiting for me and coffee and tea in the room. There is a meditation, Zendo on the premises and several spaces for you to sit and contemplate. The outside or inside spaces are simple and inspiring. There is even a little kitty to keep you company if you’re traveling alone. I’m definitely coming back and highly recommend this to anyone who’s traveling to the Boulder area. 💓🌈

My family's stay so wonderful! They came for my wedding in Boulder. They were over the moon in love with this guest house. They could not stop talking about how beautiful the property was and how comfortable they felt staying there. The food provided was delicious and everyone was so kind to them. They found a 5 star stay here. It was tranquil, peaceful, and wonderful.

This B&B was amazing. The room was cozy and very calming. Breakfast was delicious- some of the best yogurt I've had and some incredible pour over coffee and tea. It is within walking distance to downtown Boulder and has off street parking. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Bryant was very responsive in helping us get back in. I highly recommend staying here!
