Although the office experience was a positive one, the attempts at trying to get my results was awful. I was told no less than 5 times in the office that if I didn't hear back within 2 weeks to call to get my biopsy results. I find that odd, but took it in stride. I called on Wednesday and left a message saying it had been about a week and a half and in an effort to get in touch before the Christmas Holiday, I left a message. No response. I called again today, Friday, at around 830am. By 3pm I still hadn't heard back and I also put a message through the portal. So, since I was already out and about, I went by the office. The person at the front desk said they had no record of my calls nor my portal submission. Seriously?!? Well I got a call back about 4pm to let me know my results, but why did it take so much effort?!? This is a ridiculous process I was put through and they need to do much better!

I have been looking for a good dermatologist for a few years now. One of my previous derms made me feel like I was asking for too much time. She would go in and out of the room to take care of other patients while I sat and waited. Zoey Crane is wonderful. She took time to hear my concerns and questions. She never once left the room. I never felt like she was trying to make money by suggesting procedures that I didn't need. She answered every question. She froze a bump on my shoulder that another derm had told me would need special attention to remove. Come to find out it wasn't dangerous at all or in need of a special and possibly expensive procedure. I think they just wanted to make money. I've also been to derms that limited how many concerns you could ask about. Zoey asked me several times if I had any more questions. I never felt rushed. The woman at the check-in desk (sorry I don't remember your name) was very nice and helped me get proper paperwork taken care of.

Overall I am very pleased to have found Boulder Valley Center for Dermatology. The drive was long but well worth it. I will be recommending it to anyone needing a dermatologist.

Ryan Bird, PA both excellent and caring. Taking time to answer all my questions and provide the best solutions. I have complete confidence in my doctors. I definitely recommend Boulder Valley Center for dermatology for anyone in need of a dermatologist.

Just moved to Brighton area from out of state and needed some facial spots checked out. Only Dermatology office I could get in within 2-3 weeks, all others were 2-3 months. Everyone was so pleasant, I had my appointment with Zoe Crane and assistant Lindsay. Very thorough exam, explained everything very well, and even got my problem area treated on the spot so no follow up treatment appointment needed. My wife was with for the appointment and was impressed so she will make her yearly dermatologist exam with the Brighton office soon. Great experience!

Zoey Crane was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed with her and will definitely return! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that the trash cans in the exam room were overflowing and the sharps contain was full. Also the receptionist called me "love" and "babe". That's a little unprofessional. Other than that, everything was great!

I tried to schedule an appointment at the Brighton location after seeing the good reviews but I couldn’t even talk about getting an appointment without providing detailed insurance info first. I have insurance, just didn’t have my card on me which I communicated to the scheduling person. I know providing insurance up front is helpful but it felt like they were gate keeping which was really frustrating especially when I’m trying to get something medical addressed as soon as possible. Ridiculous.
