I had a lovely yoga session with Ashley. I was hesitant to attend a group class, as I am still regaining strength after being sick last year. I came in with months of consistent neck and head pain, and Tracy worked with me. Not only was it deeply relaxing, but she explained what was going on, worked deeply in those muscle groups, and completely fixed the issue. I haven’t had pain since! She also gave me exercises and stretches that would help prevent it from coming back. Highly highly recommend
