Hugely disappointed… I chose the “Designer Choice” bouquet at $70 and this is what was delivered. I’ve gotten better bouquets delivered via Instacart to be honest. While I understand that a same day delivery order means selection is limited, this isn’t even worth $20 from the grocery store.

I came in here on a whim when I happen to be at a nearby business. I was able to select individual stems to make my own bouquet. They added filler, arranged my bouquet beautifully, and wrapped it up with flower food. This is an adorable floral shop and a local business!

The owner was so nice and went out of her way to special order some flowers for me. They let me choose my own stems to make this beautiful wedding bouquet. The flowers are so fresh and pretty. Walked in the week of my wedding looking for flowers and Sue was fantastic and created my maid of honors bouquet, my bouquet as well as a few boutonnieres, and table centers some what last minuet. I absolutely loved them and they were perfect for my wedding day. Thank you Sue!

First off that 5 star review from Sue Sutton is from the owner/employee. So take that for what it’s worth. What does it say about a company where they have to post fake post? What does it also say when the person is too lazy to create a fake profile and not be so obvious? Well that proves my point about my issues to follow. The arrangement and flowers were nice however, the service is lacking. For whatever reason they can’t understand the concept of delivery. You don’t take a special delivery to the office because it’s hard and you can’t find it. First off that’s a joke because this is the easiest apartment complex to navigate in my apartment renting history. Furthermore, when your driver took the lazy way out and dropped my arrangement off with the office he could have asked where my building was located and she would have told him. In fact the apartment representative told me he came directly to the office. My apartment building is literally across from the office. It was daylight and the buildings are clearly marked with the apartment numbers. So you either had to be blind which is impossible if he’s a driver, illiterate (which he clearly is not because he found the complex and the office) or lazy. I choose lazy. Sue then gave all kinds of excuses for his refusal to delivery my arrangement. So if you want decent arrangement this place may work as long as you don’t plan on delivery. I would have given 3 stars but she was defending the driver for his laziness and not accepting fault. She kept saying she called me. So what. To tell me that your lazy driver delivered my flowers to someone else? In a business that’s customer oriented and very personable, it’s only so far your product can take you. You have to listen to your customers and be willing to improve and see your fault, otherwise your business will be in trouble.
