So much nicer than the people in Cheyenne. In Cheyenne's location, they are absolutely rude and have been since the first time I had gone there. Torrington's location has always been better; very personable, professional and friendly. Whether you're calling them on the phone or seeing them in person, 100% better than cheyenne!

Dr. Yung and Tori are the best! I have been working with them for many years...on my second set with them. Dr. Yung is the kind of Dr. that really listens and works hard to make sure that the hearing aids are perfectly tuned and is very happy to keep trying until it is perfect!! Tori is the best and will take care of getting everything in order for you! Best service team I've seen in ages!!
