Like most doctor’s offices, the appointment start time isn’t always on time, but the doctors and staff are worth the wait! Dr. DeBord has an especially awesome bedside manner and really put my elementary school son at ease( magic tricks included)!

They rarely answer the phone or return your calls. They held up my critical prescription for a week without ever telling me why. They were waiting for a pre-authorization from my insurance company that doesn't cover my biologic and never has. I am in the manufacturers program that they enrolled me in 2 years ago. They did give me a sample at the very last moment before I had to travel out of town, but caused me enormous stress for days. As far as I know,
they still haven't approved my prescription 4 days later. My pharmacy says all they needed was my doctor's approval. But they wouldn't approve it until they got pre-authorization from my insurance which is not going to ever happen.

Great customer service! They have a great selection of SkinMedica, Skinceuticals and EltaMD. I love that I can get my products here locally in Summit County. If they don't have something, they will bring it in from the Eagle location. The pricing is comparable to that of buying it online without having to pay shipping.
