Wow, best massage I've ever had, hands down (pun intended)! Doug is highly skilled at massage therapy and fascia work. He did some much needed (and appreciated) fascia work on me that was the best I've ever experienced. What a special hidden gem in Breckenridge. I highly recommend BMMS! Thank you Doug and Katie!

I enjoyed two massages here while visiting family this week, and found the staff to be warm, welcoming, and professional. Grace, my massage therapist, listened to my concerns, and her massage addressed everything and left me feeling like a new person! They sessions are also reasonably priced, with an array of add-ons to enhance your experience (I recommend adding some aromatherapy and the foot treatment!). I highly recommend them and will definitely come back the next time I visit Breckenridge.

My wife had a massage here and scheduled one for me last minute, immediately after hers. After 5 days of skiing, I had a massage with Robin. Absolutely amazing. She worked all the sore points from skiing as if she knew where specific attention was needed. We were able to only get 60min on short notice but it felt like a 2hr massage. Super friendly and comfortable experience.

I had a massage with Grace yesterday and honestly it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I have a lot of issues with my back and neck and she focused all of her attention on these areas which I really appreciate. If you have injuries, are sore or need deep tissue- Grace is your girl! Can’t wait to come back.

I’m disappointed with the experience my partner and I had during our recent couples massage at your establishment on 2/15/2025.

When we entered the massage room, we noticed two beds already assigned to the therapists. My partner chose one, and I naturally took the other. It quickly became apparent that the male therapist did not want to work on me, leading to an awkward standoff between the two therapists. Eventually, the female therapist switched to my bed, but by that point, the uncomfortable atmosphere had already set in.

This experience made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. I was left wondering if it had to do with my appearance, which is unacceptable in what should be a relaxing and judgment-free environment. Instead of leaving refreshed, I left feeling ashamed and disappointed.

I wanted to bring this to everyone’s attention because this kind of situation can make customers feel uncomfortable and deter them from returning—myself included. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure your staff handles future situations with more professionalism and inclusivity.
